You are our main priority we are working hard to give each person quality products and service.ย We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. And keep in mind the return shipping fee is not included in the refund and you will need to print the return label.ย If your return is accepted you can expect instructions and a shipping label about your email where to send your package for return. We will notify you once weโve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.ย If you have returned something, please allow a processing time for us to receive the item returned and for the bank to transfer money back to it's rightful place.ย ย To be eligible for a refund, your item must be sent back in the same or similar condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging if possible. Youโll also need the receipt, proof of purchase or order # which is sent to your email after purchasing.ย Some lighting products, and accessories come from China may have at most a 2 month shipping period, we cannot speed up the shipping for these products unfortunately. If you have ordered custom products in bulk please acknowledge we verify with you that the product is good to go into production, therefore if the product you receive is not what you wanted we will not accept returns. Our support team will help you as fast as possible.

Damages and issuesย
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Products that are broken, used, worn, washed, and dirty are not acceptable for returns.
